I always bring stuff back to the store that is unacceptable as these chips are. I let them deal with the mess of bad product and replace it with a better snack if they get the message. Otherwise I’d be a blind consumer. Nope. Thanks for the comment though. I’m glad you have chips that you like.

are you crazy? these chips are the best
they taste exactly like the old yo-ho chips that were popular here in chicago for many years

but what do you expect from a guy who would bring back a bag of chips to the store!! lol!

Thanks for writing SunChips! Fantastic. We’re sure your new bag will be worthy of attention. I like the current bag so it’s funny that enough people would actually care either to not buy, or voice that their bag situation was unsatisfactory. Again we thought it was cool.

We’re committed to renewable packaging solutions and will continue to use 100% compostable packaging on specially-marked Original flavor SunChips® snacks. In the meantime we’re busy working on the next-generation bag that addresses consumer feedback, so stay tuned.

Nope, these chips were terrible enough to google “jays kettles taste like shit”. Thank god I am not alone. I feel obliged to finish this entire family sized bag to teach myself a lesson.

I didn’t even know it was possible to screw up potato chips THIS BADLY.

Hey, to each their own. Possible I got a bad bag? I thought maybe but I’ve gotten a few opinions elsewhere too where people noticed what I was talking about. But glad you guys like them.

I’m with Jeremiah–Jays Kettle Cooked Old-Fashioned Potato Chips are freakin’ awesome! They don’t even need dip–great on their own. Good potato flavor, nice salt balance, strong, thick chip–that’s the stuff. They are FAR superior to Krunchers in every way. Krunchers must use peanut oil or something–they don’t taste like potatoes. You might wanna check your taste buds…
